As a Human Resources Executive, you will manage case investigations and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include handling Domestic Inquiries (DI), drafting legal HR memos, and addressing employee grievances to maintain a positive work environment. You will also provide legal advisory support, update internal policies, and conduct training sessions on industrial relations for staff and management to foster workplace ethics.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
SPM results must show credits in all subjects.
At least one 'A' in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mathematics.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates must have a stable work history.
Proficient in computer literacy and professional writing in BM and English.
Strong time management and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage Domestic Inquiry (DI) proceedings and documentation.
