Job Description

As a Human Resources Executive, you will engage in daily activities that involve managing employee relations and ensuring adherence to labor regulations. You will work in a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and ethical workplace practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Domestic Inquiries (DI) and related documentation.
  • Draft legal HR memos to support compliance efforts.
  • Address employee grievances to promote a positive work culture.
  • Provide legal advisory support on HR matters.
  • Update internal policies to align with current labor laws.
  • Conduct training sessions on industrial relations for staff and management.
  • Foster workplace ethics through effective communication and conflict resolution.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.

SPM results must show credits in all subjects.

At least one 'A' in SPM English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mathematics.

Fresh graduates are welcome; experienced candidates must have a stable work history.

Proficient in computer literacy and professional writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
