The Infrastructure Services Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to ICT infrastructure, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally to support business objectives. The role involves collaboration with various teams to implement effective strategies and maintain high standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement strategies for ICT infrastructure services.
- Oversee infrastructure maintenance to ensure reliability and performance.
- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans.
- Focus on knowledge management to enhance team capabilities.
- Lead team development initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align infrastructure projects with business goals.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent.
Minimum 10 – 12 years of working experience in the IT industry with specific experience in managing ICT Infrastructure.
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of specific experience in managing various ICT infrastructure project development.
Strong understanding of local and wide area networks.
Experience in communication and data center facilities management.
