The Payroll Intern will support the payroll team in processing employee salaries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. You will gain hands-on experience in payroll operations, HR processes, and finance coordination. Key duties include assisting with monthly calculations for overtime and allowances, verifying attendance data, and liaising with HR for personnel updates while ensuring all documentation meets statutory and audit requirements.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of payroll principles and statutory requirements like EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Good communication skills for effective coordination with HR and finance departments.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of personnel records.
