Job Description

As a Payroll & Leave Intern, you will support the HR and Payroll team in managing day-to-day operations. Your role involves assisting with payroll processing, tracking employee leave balances, and maintaining accurate records within HR systems. You will also help with statutory filings, reconcile reports to identify discrepancies, and respond to employee queries, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment while supporting ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.

Basic understanding of payroll processes and leave administration is preferred.
