
The Intern, Payroll is responsible for supporting the HR and Payroll team in managing day-to-day operations. This role provides valuable hands-on experience in a corporate HR environment while assisting with various payroll and leave administration tasks.
As a Payroll & Leave Intern, you will engage in daily activities that involve payroll processing, tracking employee leave balances, and maintaining accurate records within HR systems. You will also assist with statutory filings and respond to employee queries, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic office software.
Basic understanding of payroll processes and leave administration is preferred.
Strong numerical accuracy and high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
