Job Description

In this role, you will engage with customers daily, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a professional manner. You will work in a dynamic environment that emphasizes teamwork and customer education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries via live chat promptly and professionally.
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate across teams to provide effective solutions.
  • Educate customers about campaign mechanisms and encourage participation.
  • Process customer applications and KYC documentation in compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain a clear log of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Attend to customers exclusively through live chat without phone calls.
  • Foster a positive and empathetic interaction with customers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Linguistics, or a related field.

Good communication skills and a problem-solving approach.

Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.

Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must.
