The representative will troubleshoot issues, collaborate across teams to provide solutions, educate customers about campaign mechanisms, and encourage participation. They will also process customer applications and KYC documentation following regulations, maintain a clear enquiries log, and attend to customers exclusively through live chat without phone calls.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, Liguistics or a related field.
Good communication skills and a problem-solving approach.
Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Fluency in spoken and written Mandarin is a must.
