
The HR Business Partner Intern will assist with onboarding, recruitment coordination, and employee engagement activities while maintaining HR records, requiring strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will support the HRBP team in various daily operations and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating recruitment efforts, and preparing HR reports. You will also engage in employee activities and maintain accurate HR records, providing a comprehensive learning experience in the HR field.
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
Available for a minimum of 6 months
Able to work in a fast-paced retail / F&B environment
Willing to learn and take on hands-on HR responsibilities
Strong communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Detail-oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
