
The Internship in Human Resource & Business Administration is responsible for supporting various HR functions and administrative tasks. This role offers a dynamic work environment where interns can gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
As an intern, you will engage in daily activities that include assisting with recruitment processes and supporting HR administrative tasks in a flexible hybrid work environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to employee engagement initiatives and manage office-related responsibilities. *Key Responsibilities:* - Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees. - Prepare HR documents and maintain accurate records. - Help organize employee engagement activities and events. - Handle general HR administrative tasks efficiently. - Assist with asset and office management duties. - Collaborate with team members to improve HR processes.
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to learn and a positive working attitude.
Comfortable in a fast-paced working environment.
