Job Description
As an IT Intern, you will assist engineers in troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware across Mac and Windows platforms. You will participate in inventory audits, equipment checks, and provide ad-hoc support for various IT projects. The role involves delivering on-site technical assistance and collaborating closely with the IT team to maintain smooth daily operations and ensure system reliability for the organization.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any field.
No prior work experience required; a passion for IT is essential.
Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Willingness to work at Subang Jaya and Shah Alam locations.
Basic to intermediate skills in Mac and Windows hardware troubleshooting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive attitude.
