Role Summary
The Internship LEASING (PAVILION BUKIT JALIL) is responsible for gaining hands-on experience in retail mall leasing operations. This role offers exposure to various commercial aspects of shopping mall management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Job Description
As an intern in the Leasing team, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve tenant management and space optimization. You will also participate in market research, tenant relations, and support documentation and negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in tenant management and relations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential tenants.
- Support documentation processes for leasing agreements.
- Participate in negotiations and prepare relevant materials.
- Help optimize retail space within the mall.
- Collaborate with team members on leasing strategies.
- Maintain organized records of tenant interactions and agreements.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong desire to learn, with a professional attitude and good interpersonal skills.
Able to multitask and work independently when required.
Internship duration: 3 to 6 months (Able to commence in February/March 2026)
