The Account Executive is responsible for maintaining an accurate general ledger and ensuring timely month-end and year-end closings. This role plays a crucial part in the financial health of the organization by supporting various accounting functions and collaborating with auditors and management.

In this role, you will engage in daily accounting tasks, ensuring the integrity of financial data and compliance with regulations. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain an accurate general ledger.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements such as profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with auditors for financial reviews.
• Assist in corporate tax matters.
• Monitor financial performance and report discrepancies.
• Manage the fixed asset register.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.
