The role involves weighing, measuring, mixing ingredients, preparing and cooking food according to recipes and quality standards, preparing cold foods, operating kitchen equipment, monitoring food quality, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. The position requires adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and uniform standards, as well as effective communication and teamwork to support common goals. Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, as well as lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds.

Job Requirements

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

At least 1 year of related work experience.

No supervisory experience required.

Ability to follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Capability to maintain cleanliness and professional personal appearance.

Effective communication skills using clear and professional language.

Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period during work shifts.

Capability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
