In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through various channels including live chat, calls, and email. Your responsibilities will include resolving standard queries related to products and transactions, following established procedures, and escalating complex issues as necessary. You will also ensure accurate documentation and compliance with privacy regulations while meeting performance targets.

Job Requirements

1–2 years in Customer Service / BPO

Good communication skills (English + Bahasa Malaysia)

Comfortable handling chat, call, and email

Ability to follow structured SOPs strictly

Must be able to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

Required to support ad-hoc shift changes based on business needs
