In this role, you will manage customer inquiries through various channels including live chat, calls, and email. Your responsibilities will include resolving standard queries related to products and transactions, following established procedures, and escalating complex issues as necessary.

Must be able to work flexible rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Required to support ad-hoc shift changes based on business needs.
