The Meeting Services Support Specialist (Thai Speaker) is responsible for supporting the preparation and operational execution of meetings and congress sponsorships. This role involves ensuring compliance with company policies, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining documentation while managing processes related to meeting services.
The Meeting Services Support Specialist (Thai Speaker) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meetings and sponsorships, including meeting creation, vendor creation and maintenance, purchase order creation, contract agreement preparation, compliance review, reconciliations, and payments. This role ensures adherence to compliance and control aligned with company policies and guidelines related to meetings and congresses. The specialist supports operational execution within agreed service levels, works closely with various stakeholders such as Business Unit, Travel, Meetings, and Finance partners, and maintains process documentation while driving continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in basic accounting or P2P/O2C/R2R.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing English and Thai; additional languages such as Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous.
Experience or knowledge in Lean Six Sigma, Macro, Power BI, and Automation UI Path is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and a process improvement orientation.
Good understanding and practical knowledge of finance processes, internal controls, and compliance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment focusing on accuracy and timeliness.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Positive, proactive attitude with problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Experience with SAP (Concur, Shopping/Purchase Order, Payment Portal Requests), Ariba, Service Now, CVENT, and Veeva Salesforce is preferred.
Ability to adapt to change and uncertainty.
Results oriented with a sense of urgency and effective stakeholder communication.
Broad knowledge of meeting types, congresses, travel, payments, and internal guidelines and policies.
Experience in a global environment setup.
