The Meeting Services Support Specialist (Thai Speaker) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meetings and sponsorships. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance and operational execution while collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will engage in the preparation and execution of meetings, ensuring all processes align with company policies. You will work closely with teams across the organization to maintain documentation and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the end-to-end meeting process preparation for congress meetings and sponsorships.
• Create and maintain vendor and meeting records.
• Prepare purchase orders and contract agreements.
• Conduct compliance reviews and reconciliations.
• Process payments in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate with Business Unit, Travel, Meetings, and Finance partners.
• Maintain process documentation and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
