Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all food and beverage operations, including culinary, restaurant, beverage, and room service services.
• Ensure guest and employee satisfaction through effective management practices.
• Maintain operational standards and strive to meet or exceed financial goals.
• Develop business plans for the food and beverage department.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve departmental objectives.
• Manage budgets and financial plans for the department.
• Conduct human resource activities to promote a positive work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and address guest and employee concerns proactively.
