
The Mgr-Food & Beverage II-D is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining operational standards while striving to meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:
High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related field, or a 2-year degree in a relevant major with 2 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations.
Proven ability to develop and manage financial and guest satisfaction plans.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in conducting performance reviews and providing coaching.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze information.
