High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in culinary, food and beverage, or related area, or a 2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major with 2 years experience.
Ability to lead, influence, and communicate effectively with team members.
Experience in supervising and managing employees and daily operations.
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
Capability to develop and train staff to improve results while maintaining standards.
Understanding of financial and business decision making related to food and beverage operations.
Ability to maintain compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Skills in preparing and cooking foods, quality control, and food presentation.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and improving guest satisfaction.
Competence in managing budgets, purchasing supplies, and inventory control.
Experience in enforcing safety procedures and loss prevention policies.
Ability to participate in hiring, disciplinary procedures, and staff training activities.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster trust, cooperation, and open communication among team members.
