Role Summary

The People Manager (Capability & Change) is responsible for driving the design, integration, and execution of the People Pillar strategy to enable HR Transformation under Project tHR1ve. This role plays a critical part in orchestrating capability-building efforts and change management strategies to ensure sustainable adoption of new HR operating models.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve shaping transformation roadmaps and designing HR capability frameworks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on HR transformation and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the design and integration of the People Pillar strategy.
  • Orchestrate capability-building efforts to enhance HR functions.
  • Lead change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Develop and maintain communication plans for stakeholder engagement.
  • Shape transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
  • Design HR capability frameworks to support workforce development.
  • Track sentiment and surface resistance points among stakeholders.

Job Requirements

6-10 years HR leadership experience.

Experience in transformation change management.

Demonstrated experience in organizational development roles.

Experience in leadership development and workforce capability building.

Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.

Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, AHRI, SHRM-SCP) are advantageous.

Experience in agile methodology is preferred.
