
The People Manager (Capability & Change) is responsible for driving the design, integration, and execution of the People Pillar strategy to enable HR Transformation under Project tHR1ve. This role plays a critical part in orchestrating capability-building efforts and change management strategies to ensure sustainable adoption of new HR operating models.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve shaping transformation roadmaps and designing HR capability frameworks while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on HR transformation and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
6-10 years HR leadership experience.
Experience in transformation change management.
Demonstrated experience in organizational development roles.
Experience in leadership development and workforce capability building.
Bachelor's in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, AHRI, SHRM-SCP) are advantageous.
Experience in agile methodology is preferred.
