The Quality Assurance Executive will conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with SOPs, operational standards, and food safety requirements. This role involves monitoring compliance, investigating incidents, and identifying areas for improvement. The executive will prepare audit reports, track findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring high standards of cleanliness, product quality, and customer experience across all stores.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Operations Audit, Compliance, or a related role.
Experience in F&B, retail, hospitality, or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and report-writing abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to travel frequently to stores within the assigned region.
