High school diploma or GED with 4 years of relevant experience or a 2-year degree in a related field with 2 years of experience.
Ability to supervise and manage restaurant operations and staff.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and food handling regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and encourage a team.
Capability to maintain compliance with all applicable food, beverage, and liquor laws.
Skills in providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest issues.
Experience with managing employee training and development.
Ability to handle financial aspects such as purchasing and invoice payments.
Competence in analyzing information, solving problems, and making business decisions.
Capability to foster a positive work environment and improve employee retention.
