High school diploma or GED with 4 years of experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related areas, or a 2-year degree in a related field with 2 years of experience.
Ability to supervise and manage employees and daily operations.
Knowledge of service and sanitation standards in restaurant and beverage areas.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead and encourage others.
Capacity to develop and coach team members and maintain productivity.
Understanding of food & beverage policies, laws, and sanitation requirements.
Capability to provide excellent customer service and handle guest problems.
Leadership skills to inspire and maintain a positive work environment.
Experience in managing human resources including training, performance standards, and employee retention.
Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and oversee financial aspects such as purchasing and expense management.
