Role Summary
The SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) is responsible for managing compliance, customs, and risk management functionalities within a technology and compliance team. This role plays a critical part in ensuring alignment with international trade regulations and the effective integration of SAP GTS solutions.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with a technology and compliance team to configure, implement, and support SAP GTS modules. Your day-to-day activities will involve managing trade compliance processes and collaborating across teams to deliver effective SAP GTS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and implement SAP GTS modules to meet business requirements.
- Manage compliance, customs, and risk management functionalities.
- Support trade compliance processes and ensure alignment with international regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP GTS solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SAP GTS interfaces and system performance.
- Prepare functional specifications, test scenarios, and user training documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors or customs authorities for compliance matters.
Job Requirements
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP GTS.
Strong understanding of international trade regulations.
Experience with compliance management, customs management, and risk mitigation in SAP GTS.
Ability to integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4HANA systems and external customs platforms.
Knowledge of local and global trade regulations and standards.
