We are seeking an organized Tea Lady to manage executive hospitality and maintain corporate floor standards. The successful candidate will prepare refreshments for high-level meetings, set up conference rooms, and ensure the cleanliness of executive offices, including those of the Chairman and CEO. Additionally, the role involves supervising cleaning staff, monitoring pantry supplies, and assisting with the distribution of internal mail and documents across various departments to ensure seamless operations.
Malaysian citizenship is required.
Proven ability to prepare various refreshments for meetings and corporate visits.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Experience or capability to supervise cleaning staff in their tasks.
Proficient in English (Required).
Organized with the ability to manage pantry supplies and reordering.
Physical ability to perform cleaning and mail distribution tasks.
