Job Description
The Telesales Executive / Customer Service Consultant (Aesthetics) is responsible for contacting new customers to arrange appointments at treatment outlets. This role involves reaching out to potential clients through both voice and non-voice channels and achieving monthly KPIs for customer attendance, ideally targeting 80 customers per month.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be female and aged between 18 and 30 years old.
No minimum education qualification is required.
Candidate must be proficient in Chinese language (reading, writing, and speaking) with basic English skills.
No prior experience is required for this position.
Experience in communication, sales, or meeting targets is considered an advantage.
