The Telesales Executive / Customer Service Consultant (Aesthetics) is responsible for contacting new customers to arrange appointments at treatment outlets. This role involves engaging with potential clients through various communication channels to achieve monthly customer attendance targets.
Job Description
In this role, you will be actively reaching out to potential clients, providing them with information about our services, and scheduling appointments. You will work in a dynamic environment focused on customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers to introduce services and schedule appointments.
- Achieve monthly KPIs for customer attendance.
- Utilize both voice and non-voice channels for communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
Job Requirements
Candidate must be female and aged between 18 and 30 years old.
No minimum education qualification is required.
Proficient in Chinese language (reading, writing, and speaking) with basic English skills.
No prior experience is required for this position.
Experience in communication, sales, or meeting targets is considered an advantage.
