Admin/Operations Officer - Internal & External Operations (Internal O&M - MAHB Corporate Office) at Malaysia Airports - Kuala Lumpur

The Admin/Operations Officer is responsible for ensuring maintenance service availability and response times according to the Service Level Agreement. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining operational efficiency and service quality within the organization.

In this role, you will engage in daily operations that involve supervising maintenance activities, addressing complaints, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will work closely with a team to coordinate maintenance schedules and manage spare parts effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily reports, work requests, work orders, and related checklists while conducting data analysis.
• Supervise all subordinates to ensure optimum usage of resources.
• Receive and address complaints from the help desk or originator, delegating tasks to technicians as necessary.
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is executed properly and within specified time frames.
• Implement all necessary safety precautions among subordinates.
• Attend to and resolve breakdowns as they occur at any time.
• Plan daily work programs and liaise with other shifts for coordination and continuity.
