The Associate, HR & Payroll (Support SG) is responsible for managing client-related payroll and HR documentation. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance with relevant regulations.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily tasks that involve managing payroll and HR documentation for clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all processes. You will work in a collaborative environment, supporting the payroll needs of clients while adhering to strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client-related payroll and HR documentation.
  • Create and maintain client files, including filing folders and work instructions.
  • Perform monthly payroll and CPF calculations using the payroll system.
  • Prepare year-end forms IR8A and IR21 for foreign employees where applicable.
  • Monitor payroll deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Handle client invoicing tasks.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Strong organizational skills.

Ability to perform payroll and CPF calculations accurately.

Familiarity with year-end forms IR8A and IR21.

Effective time management skills.

Basic invoicing skills.

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
