The Associate, HR & Payroll (Support SG) is responsible for managing payroll and HR documentation for clients, including maintaining client files and performing payroll calculations. The role involves preparing year-end forms for foreign employees, monitoring payroll deadlines, handling client invoicing, and other related duties as assigned.
The Associate, HR & Payroll (Support SG) is responsible for managing client-related payroll and HR documentation, including creating and maintaining client files such as filing folders, work instructions, payroll calendars, and trusted sources. The role includes performing monthly payroll and CPF calculations using the payroll system, preparing year-end forms IR8A and IR21 for foreign employees where applicable, monitoring payroll deadlines to ensure timely delivery, handling client invoicing, and performing other related duties as assigned.
Strong organizational skills to create and maintain client files.
Ability to perform payroll and CPF calculations accurately using a payroll system.
Familiarity with year-end forms IR8A and IR21 for foreign employees.
Ability to monitor and manage payroll deadlines effectively.
Basic invoicing skills to handle client invoicing tasks.
Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
