As a Call Centre Agent, you will engage with tenants and contractors through phone calls and emails, addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will be part of a team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining service performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum SPM or equivalent certificate.
At least one year of experience in customer service or help desk.
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
Familiarity with Yardi system is a plus.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
