Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent, you will engage with tenants and contractors through phone calls and emails, addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will be part of a team that focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining service performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from tenants and contractors via phone and email.
  • Process work order applications efficiently.
  • Log incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Track service performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM or equivalent certificate.

At least one year of experience in customer service or help desk.

Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.

Familiarity with Yardi system is a plus.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
