The Meeting Services Support Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) is responsible for supporting the complete meeting process for congress meetings and sponsorships, including administrative and financial tasks. The role requires coordination with vendors, adherence to company policies, and supporting meeting compliance and financial processes while communicating in Vietnamese and English.
The CME Meeting Services Support Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end meeting process for congress meetings and sponsorships, from meeting creation to closure. This role involves tasks such as vendor creation and maintenance, purchase order creation, contract agreement preparation, meeting compliance review, reconciliations, and payments, ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines related to meetings and congresses.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Science, Economy, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in basic accounting or P2P/O2C/R2R.
Intermediate skills in MS Excel and other Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Ability to speak, read, and write in Vietnamese and English.
Knowledge of finance processes, internal controls, compliance, and financial business processes.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Meticulous with a process improvement orientation.
Positive and proactive attitude with problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with SAP (Concur, Shopping/Purchase Order, and Payment Portal Requests), Ariba, and Service Now.
Skills in Lean Six Sigma, Marco, Power BI, and Automation UI path are advantageous.
