As a Coffee Ambassador, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences by engaging with coffee enthusiasts and providing expert knowledge about our products. Job Requirements

Fluent in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written

Passionate about coffee and knowledgeable about different coffee types

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to engage with customers and build rapport

Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage

Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends

Team player with a strong work ethic
