As a Coffee Ambassador, you will engage with customers daily, sharing your passion for coffee and providing expert knowledge about our products. You will create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall coffee experience for our clientele.

Job Requirements
Fluent in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written.
Passionate about coffee with knowledge of different coffee types.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
