Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or Bachelor's degree.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to work night shifts consistently.
Experience in customer service or technical support is an advantage.
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
