Job Description
In this role, you will engage in daily tasks that involve reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with client policies and guidelines. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires balanced decision-making and a keen understanding of online community standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze user-generated content for compliance with client policies.
- Handle potentially explicit and sensitive content with care and professionalism.
- Make balanced decisions to maintain safe online environments.
- Identify trends and escalate issues that fall outside of policy.
- Suggest workflow improvements based on content review experiences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent moderation practices.
- Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information.
Job Requirements
Fresh graduate with up to 6 months of professional work experience, preferably from the BPO industry.
Diploma or higher qualification.
Fluent in Thai and English languages.
Moderate to high proficiency in using Google products such as YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive.
Ability to understand and apply client policies and guidelines.
Willingness to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content as part of job duties.
