Job Requirements
Fresh graduate with up to 6 months of professional work experience, preferably from the BPO industry.
Diploma or higher qualification.
Fluent in Indonesian and English languages.
Moderate to high proficiency in using Google products such as YouTube, Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive.
Knowledgeable about channels that provide on-demand video content.
Experience with confidential information collection and management is preferable.
Ability to understand and apply client policies and guidelines.
Capability to review and analyze content and user reports for compliance.
Skill in making well-balanced decisions and resolving inquiries according to defined policies and procedures.
Ability to recognize trends, escalate issues outside policy, and suggest workflow improvements.
Willingness to review sensitive and potentially disturbing content as part of job duties.
