The Customer Service, Ad Operations role is responsible for providing proactive and detail-oriented customer service support within an Ad Operations team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve monitoring campaign deals and supporting trafficking processes within a dynamic team environment. You will work closely with account managers and internal teams to maintain accurate campaign information and ensure client needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide proactive customer service support to account managers and internal teams.
• Monitor daily campaign deals to ensure smooth execution.
• Support end-to-end trafficking processes for advertising campaigns.
• Maintain accurate campaign information including goals, budgets, timelines, and flight dates.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify deal details.
• Assist in the creation, implementation, trafficking, and reporting of advertising campaigns.
• Manage simple to moderately complex workflows using existing processes.
