The Customer Service Analyst (Korean Speaker) role involves providing high touch support to partners throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing assistance. This position supports partners by responding to inquiries via email and video calls, ensuring timely and professional service to optimize their business opportunities and encourage efficient use of partner tools and resources. The role requires collaboration with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to handle processes efficiently and meet service level agreements.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication skills in Korean and English.

Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Skill in providing high-quality support through various channels including email and video calls.

Ability to follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Capable of proactively liaising with cross-functional departments to obtain information and solutions.

Ability to report errors, improvements, and feedback effectively.

Skills to liaise between partners and internal teams via multiple communication methods.

Capacity to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to SLAs and requested deadlines.

Ability to assist with challenging partner requests or highly escalated cases.

Willingness to develop deep knowledge of the company's products.

Capability to meet and exceed personal and team customer service targets.

Ability to troubleshoot issues independently.

Competence in applying documented SOP knowledge to determine root causes.
