The Customer Success / Data Analyst role involves managing the customer success platform, optimizing data, and driving key analytics to support customer success managers and achieve business goals. This position includes responsibilities such as data integration and management, reporting and analytics, customer success workflow automation, security and compliance, and enablement and communication.
Proven experience in customer success operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of data integration and management principles.
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Sheets and dashboards.
Experience with workflow automation and campaign management.
Experience in Customer Success and developing customer strategic roadmaps to drive solution adoption and business value.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
Knowledge of security and privacy requirements related to data handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts.
Experience in administering a SAAS-based tool.
Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with data connectors and materialization techniques is preferred.
Knowledge of program effectiveness leveraging a customer success platform is preferred.
Ability to operate in a high-paced, changing work environment with strong time management and prioritization skills is preferred.
Prior experience supporting marketing, delivery, or sales is preferred.
Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is preferred.
Skills in advanced SQL scripting and querying, data management, data analysis, reporting and dashboarding, workflow automation, project coordination, process improvement, security compliance, and communication and presentation are required.
