
The Customer Success / Data Analyst is responsible for managing the customer success platform and optimizing data to support customer success managers. This role plays a crucial part in driving analytics that align with business goals and enhances customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve data integration, reporting, and workflow automation within a collaborative team environment. You will work closely with customer success managers to ensure effective communication and enablement strategies are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
Proven experience in customer success operations or a similar role.
Strong understanding of data integration and management principles.
Proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools such as Google Sheets.
Experience in administering a SAAS-based tool.
