As a Digital Data Reviewer, you will play a vital role in keeping the internet safe by reviewing and classifying online content to ensure it aligns with client policies. You will analyze user profiles, videos, and text-based content, resolving complex issues and escalating reports when necessary. Open to Malaysian citizens or individuals with valid working rights in Malaysia.
Previous experience in BPO, customer service, or content moderation is a plus.
