This role plays a critical part in resolving workplace conflicts, supporting organizational culture and values, and maintaining compliance with labor laws.
Ability to communicate effectively in Korean.
Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
Skills in conflict resolution and employee relations.
Ability to conduct investigations into employee complaints.
Competency in documenting investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
Experience supporting performance management and disciplinary processes.
Analytical skills to monitor and interpret employee engagement and turnover trends.
Capability to develop and deliver training related to employee relations and compliance.
Understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
Ability to collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
Skills to assist in policy development and implementation.
Competence in supporting change management, organizational restructuring, and employee transitions.
