
The HR Services Operations (Employee Relations) Associate / Analyst (Korean Speaking) is responsible for fostering a positive work environment. This role plays a critical part in resolving workplace conflicts and promoting effective communication between staff and management while supporting organizational culture and compliance with labor laws.
In this role, you will engage in day-to-day operations that involve addressing employee relations issues and ensuring a harmonious workplace. You will collaborate with various teams to uphold HR policies and facilitate effective communication within the organization.
