The HR Services Operations (Employee Services) Associate / Analyst is responsible for serving as the central point for employee inquiries and supporting various workforce-related HR policies and programs. This role impacts employee satisfaction and operational efficiency by ensuring high-quality service in HR processes.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with employees daily, addressing their inquiries and facilitating HR processes such as onboarding and leave management. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring that employees receive the support they need to thrive in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, leave, and benefits.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees.
  • Manage leave requests and flexible work arrangements.
  • Coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews and engagement surveys.
  • Provide user assistance with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms.
  • Support well-being and engagement initiatives within the organization.
  • Collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong communication skills in Cantonese.

Experience in HR operations or a willingness to learn.

Knowledge of HR policies and labor law compliance.

Ability to manage training logistics and support HR programs.

Competence in analyzing employee feedback and service metrics.
