The associate/analyst acts as a central contact for employee inquiries and supports various HR policies, programs, and systems to deliver high-quality service.

The associate/analyst ensures that employees receive high-quality service through processes including onboarding, leave management, tool access, and issue resolution.
Strong communication skills in Cantonese.
Ability to respond promptly to employee inquiries about HR policies, payroll, leave, benefits, and workforce systems.
Experience or willingness to administer onboarding, offboarding, leave, and flexible work arrangements.
Capability to coordinate HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and Employee Assistance Programs.
Knowledge of HR policy updates, HR documentation, and labor law compliance.
Skill in providing user assistance with LMS and ESS platforms and managing training logistics.
Ability to support well-being and engagement initiatives.
Competence in collecting, tracking, and analyzing employee service metrics and feedback for continuous improvement.
