Role Summary

The HR Services Operations (Employee Services) Associate / Analyst is responsible for serving as the central point for employee inquiries and supporting the workforce with HR policies, programs, and systems. This role ensures that employees receive exceptional service in various HR functions, contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage with employees daily, addressing their inquiries and providing support related to HR policies and programs. You will work in a collaborative environment, ensuring smooth onboarding processes and effective leave management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Administer onboarding, offboarding, and leave management processes.
  • Coordinate HR programs such as absence management and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Provide user assistance for Learning Management System (LMS) and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms.
  • Support well-being and engagement initiatives, including Employee Assistance Programs.
  • Collect, track, and analyze employee service metrics and feedback.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

Experience in HR operations or employee services.

Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using HR software and tools.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
