Strong communication skills to respond promptly to employee inquiries.
Ability to administer onboarding, offboarding, leave, and flexible work arrangements.
Experience coordinating HR programs such as absence management, performance reviews, and engagement surveys.
Knowledge of HR policies and compliance with labor laws.
Ability to provide user assistance for LMS and ESS platforms.
Capability to support well-being and engagement initiatives including Employee Assistance Programs.
Skills in collecting, tracking, and analyzing employee service metrics and feedback.
