The HR Services Operations (Employee Services) Associate / Analyst (Japanese Speaking) serves as the central point for employee inquiries and supports workforce-related HR policies, programs, and systems. This role ensures excellent service across onboarding, leave management, tools access, and issue resolution, while coordinating various HR programs and facilitating well-being and engagement initiatives.

Knowledge of HR policies and workforce support systems.
Ability to work with onboarding, leave management, and employee self-service tools.
Capability to coordinate HR programs and initiatives.
Proficiency in Japanese language.
Basic understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
