The HR Services Operations (Payroll) Specialist (Cantonese Speaking) is responsible for leading payroll delivery within a regional or global BPO environment. This role requires expertise in payroll, tax, and labor compliance, with the ability to coordinate across client stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors to ensure operational excellence and high service quality in a multi-country shared services model.
Fluency in Cantonese is required.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance.
Experience in managing payroll operations in a regional or global environment.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
Good communication skills to handle escalations and client interactions.
Ability to work within a multi-country shared services framework.
Skills in supporting payroll audits and documentation.
Capability to support payroll system upgrades and automation.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Basic understanding of labor, tax, and social insurance regulations is preferred.
