The HR Services Operations (Talent Development & Management) Associate / Analyst (Japanese Speaking) is responsible for leading the design, delivery, and management of talent development initiatives that align with strategic business goals. The role focuses on driving leadership development, succession planning, and organizational capability building to enhance performance and retention. The associate will develop and oversee talent development programs, design leadership training and coaching, conduct training needs assessments, and monitor employee performance metrics.
Strong communication skills in Japanese and English.
