Job Description

As a Human Capital Talent & Organization - HR Change Management - Management Consultant, you will engage with clients from various industries, focusing on Change Management, Learning Design and Development, Organizational Analytics, and HR Transformation. You will leverage your expertise to facilitate organizational changes and transitions, ensuring a smooth adaptation to new processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess their change management needs.
  • Design and implement effective learning strategies and solutions.
  • Analyze organizational data to inform HR transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for client teams.
  • Support clients in managing transitions and organizational changes.
  • Develop communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies.

Job Requirements
