The role involves managing comprehensive Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employment relations, compensation, and performance management. The position requires conducting research on Malaysian regulations and implementing compliance solutions to ensure legal business operations. Additionally, the role includes overseeing daily office operations in Malaysia, managing HR administration, coordinating visa and governmental matters, organizing compliance documentation, and supporting clients with cross-border licensing and permits through coordination with external agencies.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and administrative management; well-versed in Malaysian labor laws and proficient in office software.
Outgoing personality with strong organizational, coordination, communication, learning, adaptability, and stress management skills; diligent and proactive.
Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English; capable of conducting translation and communication in both Chinese and Malay.
