The Process Executive - Maps (Non Voice - Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for performing basic review operations by making outbound calls and reviewing attributes according to client policies. The role requires ensuring 100% compliance with quality, productivity, and escalation standards while adhering to client and company policies. The associate will verify and analyze listing data, identify spam trends, and collaborate with team leads to maintain process quality targets.
Excellent written, reading, and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin, with additional Cantonese preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities under pressure and short timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Excellent attendance and timekeeping record.
