Role Summary

The Process Executive - Maps (Non Voice - Mandarin Speaker) is responsible for performing basic review operations to ensure compliance with client policies. This role involves verifying and analyzing listing data while collaborating with team leads to maintain quality targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

In this role, you will engage in daily operations that include making outbound calls and reviewing attributes to ensure adherence to client standards. You will work closely with your team to identify trends and maintain high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform outbound calls to review attributes according to client policies.
  • Verify and analyze listing data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify spam trends and report findings to team leads.
  • Collaborate with team leads to maintain process quality targets.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with quality and productivity standards.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
  • Maintain excellent attendance and timekeeping records.

Job Requirements

Excellent written, reading, and spoken communication skills in English and Mandarin, with additional Cantonese preferred.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.

Ability to work accurately with great attention to detail.

Customer service orientation and strong analytical skills.
