
The Process Executive (Voice Support – Korean language) is responsible for providing voice support and ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Korean.
The Process Executive will engage in daily operations as an Operator for Basic Review, making outbound calls to verify attributes according to policy. The associate will work independently and as part of a team, ensuring adherence to client and company policies while managing user queries effectively.
