Job Description

In this role, you will engage with customers to address their claims and queries, ensuring a smooth process for order management. You will work closely with various teams and third parties in a dynamic environment to validate and process claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer claims and queries related to forward orders.
  • Handle issues such as shipment, return, pricing, order status, and warranties.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Validate claims by liaising with third parties.
  • Process claims in accordance with company policies.
  • Follow up on outstanding claims and queries.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.

Job Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese.
