This role involves managing real-time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across various cities and countries as assigned by the client. The position requires data entry related to transportation and road incidents using both the primary language and English via internal tools while ensuring quality and meeting performance standards. The work is shift-based and involves proactive communication and adherence to deadlines.
Job Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Japanese language including speaking, reading, and writing, with an N2 level or equivalent experience.
Advanced proficiency in Mandarin language, including speaking, reading, and writing, covering both Traditional and Simplified forms.
Strong proficiency in English as all tools, communications, documentation, and training are in English.
Good understanding of all forms of public transport.
Ability to conduct research comfortably using various online sources in multiple languages.
Good communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and meticulousness.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail during repetitive tasks.
Adaptability and ability to learn new projects and processes.
