The Real Time Incidents (Thai Speaker) role involves managing 24/7 real-time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents globally for specific cities and countries. The position operates on a rotational shift-based schedule and requires creating, updating, and expiring transportation disruptions and road incident data using both Thai and English languages via internal tools while ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to internal standards.
Advanced proficiency in Thai language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
Strong English language proficiency for using tools, communications, documentation, and training.
Good understanding of all forms of public transport.
Ability to perform skilled research using a variety of online sources in multiple languages.
Good communication skills.
Keen attention to detail and meticulousness.
Self-motivated and responsible.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks.
Adaptability and the ability to learn new projects and processes.
Preferred but not necessary: customer service background, QGIS skills, second language proficiency, MAC OS X experience, incident management experience, and one year of technical support or problem-solving experience.
