
The Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaker) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves providing leadership and guidance to staff while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will manage food preparation, compliance with company standards, and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (JLPT certificate not required).
Prior experience working in a Japanese restaurant or in Japan is an advantage.
