The Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager (Japanese Speaker) is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the restaurant. This role involves providing leadership, coaching, and guiding staff to deliver excellent customer service, overseeing food preparation and compliance with company standards, managing administrative duties, and maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency. The manager will also handle customer complaints, conduct training, manage inventory and staffing, and ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (JLPT certificate not required).
Prior experience working in a Japanese restaurant or in Japan is an advantage.
