Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service. You will manage food preparation, compliance with company standards, and maintain hygiene and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
- Oversee food preparation and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Manage administrative duties and maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff.
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock levels.
- Ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar role in the F&B industry.
Japanese language proficiency at N2 level or higher (JLPT certificate not required).
Prior experience working in a Japanese restaurant or in Japan is an advantage.
