As a Restaurant Supervisor at Yobe Ventures Sdn Bhd, you will oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring that all froyo, toppings, and menu items are crafted according to Yobe Malaysia's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene in food handling, while also managing packaging operations. Your role will require flexibility, as you may need to handle multiple outlets and be relocated between our KL and PJ locations to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to manage multiple outlets effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to train and motivate staff
