The Senior Associate, HR & Payroll (MY) is responsible for managing payroll data preparation and maintenance with high accuracy and timeliness. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic work environment.

In this role, you will manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations. You will work closely with clients and assist in various projects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR and payroll functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll data preparation and maintenance accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
• Prepare various reports to meet client needs.
• Maintain good relationships with clients through effective communication.
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
• Collaborate with team members to improve payroll processes.
• Monitor payroll timelines to ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
