The Senior Associate, HR & Payroll (MY) is responsible for managing the preparation and maintenance of payroll data with high accuracy and timeliness. The role ensures compliance with statutory requirements such as LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, prepares various reports to meet client needs, maintains good relationships with clients, and assists in ad hoc projects as assigned.
Ability to manage payroll data preparation and maintenance accurately and timely.
Knowledge of statutory compliance including LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
Capability to prepare various reports according to client requirements.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain good client relationships.
Flexibility to assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.
