
The Senior Associate, HR & Payroll (MY) is responsible for managing payroll data preparation and maintenance with high accuracy and timeliness. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and maintaining strong client relationships in a dynamic work environment.
In this role, you will manage the preparation and maintenance of payroll data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations. You will work closely with clients and assist in various projects, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR and payroll functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and payroll management.
Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
