
The Senior Executive, HR & Payroll (Support MY) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll processing and responding to client inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with TMF Global standards while providing professional HR and payroll advice.
In this position, you will engage in daily payroll processing activities and address client inquiries in a dynamic work environment. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and payroll processing.
Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
