Job Description

The Senior Executive, HR & Payroll (Support MY) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll processing and responding to client inquiries while providing professional HR and payroll advice according to company standards and processes. The role includes adhering to TMF Global Compliance standards, conducting second-level payroll checks, coaching, handling escalations, and training new joiners. It also involves liaising with Malaysian statutory bodies for registrations, inquiries, and payments, as well as managing payroll data input, payroll report submissions, salary instructions, and pay slip distribution.

Job Requirements

Demonstrated ability to handle full payroll processing and client inquiries.

Knowledge of TMF Global Compliance standards.

Capability to perform second-level payroll checks and manage escalations.

Awareness of client contracts and understanding of work in progress (W.I.P) and out-of-scope work.

Experience in training and coaching team members and new joiners.

Skill in liaising with Malaysian statutory bodies for registration, inquiries, and payments.

Ability to accurately input payroll data and prepare payroll reports for client approval.

Competence in preparing salary instructions for the appointed bank and distributing pay slips to employees.

Attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely updating of timesheets in VP system.
