Role Summary

The Senior Executive, HR & Payroll (Support MY) is responsible for managing the full spectrum of payroll processing and responding to client inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring compliance with TMF Global standards while providing professional HR and payroll advice.

Job Description

In this position, you will engage in daily payroll processing activities and address client inquiries in a dynamic work environment. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full payroll processing and respond to client inquiries.
  • Adhere to TMF Global Compliance standards in all payroll activities.
  • Conduct second-level payroll checks and handle escalations effectively.
  • Coach and train new joiners and team members on payroll processes.
  • Liaise with Malaysian statutory bodies for registrations, inquiries, and payments.
  • Input payroll data accurately and prepare payroll reports for client approval.
  • Prepare salary instructions for the appointed bank and distribute pay slips to employees.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updating of timesheets in the VP system.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and payroll processing.

Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and payroll regulations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
